Shehan is the founder and leader of the business. With 16 years of experience in the financial planning industry, Shehan understands the integral role support services play in running an efficient and profitable practice. Shehan spends his time providing strategic oversight to expand Planlogic's horizons, while also exploring how technology can disrupt the financial planning space.

DIRECTOR - STRATEGY & FINANCE

Stephan is responsible for overseeing Planlogic’s growth strategy and expansion plans. He works with Planlogic’s business units to ensure congruence in achieving the Company’s goals and objectives. Prior to joining Planlogic, Stephan was engaged in a management consulting role primarily focused on private equity M&A due diligence.

Kesh leads all the production teams at Planlogic. With over 5 years of experience in supporting our clients, she understands the intricacies involved in delivering high quality advice solutions. She is passionate about developing Planlogic's teams and driving exceptional value to the businesses that we partner with.

HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Maneesha oversees Planlogic's human resources department, drives its people strategy, and nurtures the company’s culture across both the Colombo and Bangalore offices. She focuses on recruiting top talent, facilitates professional development opportunities, and ensures that Planlogic remains a great place to work.
