What You’ll Do?

• Prepare high-quality Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs).
• Work on more advanced financial planning topics and strategic advice areas.
• Support financial advisers with technical analysis and tailored client solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Australian financial planning standards and internal processes.
• Manage workflows efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For?

• Proven experience in Australian paraplanning.
• Strong experience in preparing SOAs and ROAs.
• Good industry knowledge and strong technical understanding of financial planning strategies.
• Experience with Xplan or similar financial planning software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong compliance awareness.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
